A normal morning at work today, with today's orders completed along with tomorrow's and the next day's. This gave Florence great joy, as it meant lots of post for her to oversee.
It also meant I could head off home early to work on the photos of the new products Nicky's working on.
Mhothaich mi an-diugh nach d' fhuair mi cothrom sgrìobhadh an seo airson ùine gu math fada. Mar sin, nì mi geàrr chunntas air choireigin dhe na thachair sna seachdainean a dh'fhalbh. An toiseach, bha coinneamh ann dhen chomann dhealbhach a th' againn ann an Lios Mòr. Abair latha a bh' ann, le seallaidhean nach gabhadh creidsinn. Bha sinn ann am Parc, àite ann an Lios Mòr far nach robh mi riamh ron a seo. Leis na speuran cho gorm is cho soilleir agus leis an t-sneachd cho geal air na beanntan mu cuairt oirnn, cha b' urrainn na b' fheàrr. We were, of course, ably 'assisted' by Ealasaid, Alasdair and Ruairidh…at various points throughout the night, we offered all three of them as raffle prizes, but strangely, no one seemed to think we were serious! There was a good sized crowd, who all enjoyed a buffet meal, followed by a ceilidh. The crowd was wonderfully entertained by Alastair MacDonald on accordion, Aaron Hossein on pipes and singers Robert Robertson, Freddie MacKenzie and Riona MacCormick. Everyon...
